The Ideal Space for Any Event

Mezzanine
Located atop the Fireside Lounge, this scenic room offers all the comfort and luxury for either private dining or corporate meetings providing scenic views the Rope Rider Golf Course and Tipple Hill for inspiration or simple pondering.  If your desire is to begin your seated dining or meeting with a casual affair, the private balconies adjacent to this room will complement your desires.  Furthermore, this room is well equipped with the necessary technology for presentations and internet access.  Additional requests can be made should our standard offering not be sufficient. Permanent Chef’s table seats 16 people.

La Cantina and Patio
As an operating winery, this area is used to receive and sort our fruit upon its arrival to our winery and as a staging area for bottling.  The remaining 10 months of the year it transforms into a little bit of Tuscany as one of the most elegant yet rustic spaces in the winery. Vaulted wood ceilings, exposed timbers and 2 sets of 10 foot wooden double doors open onto 2 private patios revealing expansive views of the Tipple Hill and Rope Rider Golf Gourse.  Truly the perfect setting for any event or occasion!  Seats 60 people within La Cantina room and 200 people with the patio.

Tipple Gardens (open in 2011)
Its name is inspired by the coal mine “tailings” shadowing in the distance to create an outdoor venue of awe and wonderment. The tranquil garden setting is bordered by native vegetation and grape vines providing privacy and natural décor for any event.  During our beautiful warm weather months, this venue is the natural and scenic venue for weddings, receptions, reunion or any event you prefer to celebrate outdoors. Seats 150-200 people

Upper & Lower Patios
Perfect for outdoor gatherings or a romantic dinner for just the two of you, with firepits to keep you warm when the weather cools. Upper Patio Capacity: 100 (80 seated); Lower Patio Capacity: 50 (30 seated)

Black Diamond Club Room
Our Black Diamond Room is the “King’s Room” within the castle of Swiftwater Cellars.  Every person who enters this room is taken away with the medieval flair of oversized chairs abutted to the custom built 19 foot table, large couches adorning the remaining space for casual seating or simply the attention to detail of European tapestries and exposed “ruined” walls. Coupled with the floor to ceiling wine lockers and Swiftwater Cellars’ private library, you and your guests are sure to feel as if they’ve dined at the King’s feast.  Seats 25 at the table

Private wine lockers are available for rental in the Black Diamond Club Room.  Contact our Membership Director for details. 

The Swiftwater Room
Our largest of spaces can still be transformed into the smallest of spaces.  Our wine production area downstairs can accommodate the larger parties of up to 250 people.  While seated in the heart of our fermentation room you are surrounded by high ceilings, wood beams and wine casks that are alive with the aromas of our wines.  This is a space that can be made into a very intimate by either adorning it with large globe lights, European tapestries or wine barrels.  Whatever the creative means to create your space, we can do it. 

Barrel Rooms
Designed to resemble old coal mining shafts, these two rooms are filled with stacks of wine barrels and are perfect for intimate dinners and wine tastings requiring a romantic appeal like candle lit lighting.  Availability of these rooms is dependent upon the season of harvest. Seats 75 persons.
